  • Successfully led commissioning teams to achieve back-to-back record-breaking timelines for functional performance and integrated systems testing (L4 & L5) on one of the largest tech company data center colocation builds. Leveraged efficiency improvements to accelerate project delivery without compromising quality, enabling early turnover of critical data space. This resulted in substantial cost savings, enhanced ROI, and increased profitability.                                                                          

  • Restructured new fabrication division for large construction group by establishing budgets, a fully functional organizational chart and matrix.  Introduced and implemented lean manufacturing concepts to increase throughput, thus increasing revenues by 50%, while simultaneously reducing overhead by 48%.

  • Consolidated operations into one centralized location in the Midwest, substantially reducing overhead, for a large New York manufacturer.

  • Restructured oil and gas equipment manufacturing business by implementing production accountability, new operating procedures and lean manufacturing concepts which resulted in doubled revenues from 11 million to 20 million and increased margins by 10% which lead to a successful private equity buyout.

  • Restructured an estimating department for a large manufacturer that has been in business over 100 years by working with owners, managers, employees and clients on updated expectations, policies and cultural changes.  Also, developed and incorporated a successful inside sales department.

  • Successfully lead multiple companies through ASME and National Board joint reviews to obtain Certificates of Authorization to engineer, design, and manufacture pressure vessels, piping and equipment with “U”, “U2”, “UM” and “S” endorsements.
